  Systems Management:
      DSC believes in providing a complete communication system to a customer that will meet their needs. We believe we are selling not just a system, but are providing "reliable communications" to meet the customer's business needs for the long term.
   
  Engineering Services:
      Engineering services encompasses everything from the engineering of simple modifications to communications equipment to designing, integrating components, and implementation of major voice, data,  video surveillance systems, & paging systems region wide
   
  Project Management:
      We offer project management services which assumes complete responsibility for the project's coordination and completion.
   
  Service Agreements:
      DSC Communications offers service agreements for our customer's communications equipment and systems. These Service Agreements are configured and priced specifically for the customers system and use circumstances. These agreements are priced flat rate per month and billed at monthly, quarterly or annual intervals. Other parameters include service during normal business hours or 24 hours per day, 7 days per week response.

  Installation Service:
      DSC Communications not only designs and sells communications products, but provides Communications Systems Installation Services. These installation services are performed by fully equipped and experienced professionals. Every type of installation from a simple mobile unit installation in a vehicle to complete wide area major systems installation.
      These services includes coordinating and integrating all components of your communications system. Installation, testing and optimization of system is normally included in this service. 
   
  Repair Services:
      DSC Communications trained technicians perform repairs and programming of communications equipment (mobiles, portables, pagers, etc) on a T&M & Flat Rate basis. Some repairs are done in our facilities.  All work  is performed by professionally trained technicians
      Some equipment repairs are required by technology and economic reasons to be performed at special (usually original manufacturer) service depots. DSC when appropriate, will facilitate these repairs by packing, shipping and receiving your returned equipment repairs. Again, these repairs are usually T&M or Flat Rate at the depot rates.
   
  Field Maintenance:
      Fixed and Infrastructure communications equipment must be serviced on site and in the field.  Building tops and remote locations are as common as business offices. DSC staffs a crew of experienced, licensed and certified field service personnel, with a fleet of vehicles, properly equipped and stocked with parts & test equipment to provide timely system service.
      Emergency field service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week is available as required.
   
  T & M / Flat Rate:
      DSC Communications provides service and repair of communications equipment and systems on a Time & Material (T&M) basis. This service is charged at our hourly labor rate plus the added price of parts and materials used.
      We also do repair and service at custom quoted flat rates as well as scheduled flat rates.
   
  Parts & Accessories:
      Replacement parts are readily accessible through DSC.  We stock the largest Motorola Parts Inventory in the the area. This proves to be a great advantage to our customers because it allows them to get repairs completed quickly and minimize equipment and system downtime
      Parts inventories are maintained at our DSC location.
      An extensive inventory of Motorola and other brand accessories are also maintained.

  We have rates for daily, weekly or monthly rentals.

  FCC LICENSING:
      FCC licensing is a time consuming part of the communications industry.  We offer this service at a reasonable rate for our valued customers.
