Warranty/Repair

DSC Communications trained technicians perform repairs and programming of communications equipment (mobiles, portables, pagers, etc) on a T&M & Flat Rate basis. Some repairs are done in our facilities. All work is performed by professionally trained technicians Some equipment repairs are required by technology and economic reasons to be performed at special (usually original manufacturer) service depots. DSC when appropriate, will facilitate these repairs by packing, shipping and receiving your returned equipment repairs. Again, these repairs are usually T&M or Flat Rate at the depot rates.

Fixed and Infrastructure communications equipment must be serviced on site and in the field. Building tops and remote locations are as common as business offices. DSC staffs a crew of experienced, licensed and certified field service personnel, with a fleet of vehicles, properly equipped and stocked with parts & test equipment to provide timely system service. Emergency field service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week is available as required.
